UniFirst seeks a Route Service Supervisor to lead our Route Service Representatives and ensure top-tier customer service across routes. You will oversee training, respond to service requests, and negotiate renewals while building strong customer relationships and team collaboration.

You'll work with leadership to deliver programs, provide coverage during absences, and monitor performance and customer loyalty in a fast-paced route environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; 21 years of age or older.
• Valid non-commercial driver license in state of residence and reliable transportation.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements and be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery or entrepreneurial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives.
• Respond to service requests and negotiate customer contract renewals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Coordinate with leadership to provide best service and programs.
• Provide route coverage when reps are unavailable and monitor performance and satisfaction.
