Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Supervisor to oversee a team of Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers daily. This entry-level management role offers training, career mobility, and a family-oriented culture with no night or weekend shifts.

You will respond to service requests, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with leadership to deliver top-notch service and programs. The role includes covering routes when staff are absent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and language skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives.
• Respond to service requests.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and team.
• Work with leadership to provide the best customer service and programs.
• Provide route coverage when a representative is unavailable to check performance and customer satisfaction.
