UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Supervisor to oversee a team of Route Service Representatives responsible for delivering to multiple customers daily. This is an entry-level management role with a clear path for advancement.

You’ll train and develop reps, respond to service requests, negotiate renewals, and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with the leadership team to ensure top-tier service and program offerings.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Prior leadership or customer service, route sales, delivery, or entrepreneurial experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives.
• Respond to service requests.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and team.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide the best customer service and programs.
• Provide route coverage when a representative is sick or on vacation and monitor performance and customer satisfaction.
