Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager in the United States to lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who service multiple customers daily. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location.

You will recruit, train, and develop the team, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with location management to deliver top-tier service and programs.

Qualifications

• Business-savvy and enjoys increasing profit and customer satisfaction in their UniFirst Location.
• Results-driven relationship manager who helps the team and the customer
• Works with Route Service Representatives and Supervisors developing in their roles
• Must meet minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.
• High School Diploma or GED – bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to problem solve and handle various customer service situations.
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• 21 years of age.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Build strong relationships with your customers and elevate your team’s level of achievement in customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs
