Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments, and building strong customer relationships on the road across our U.S. customers. You will work independently, maintain safety, upsell where possible, and enjoy a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in route sales or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using new technologies.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact on assigned route delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading and route accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with strong customer service.
• Grow relationships and upsell products to customers on your route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety-first mindset.
• Manage inventory and troubleshoot service issues.
