Job summary

UniFirst is hiring a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You will represent UniFirst on the road, ensuring safety and reliability in all interactions.

The role emphasizes on-time service, upselling opportunities, and consistent engagement with the same customers across a predictable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers with daily deliveries and pickups.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver on-time, accurate service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to expand route revenue.
