UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to serve as the face of UniFirst to customers on assigned routes. You will deliver and pickup garments, grow accounts, and work independently while upholding the company’s standards of reliability and safety.

The role combines daily route management with opportunities to upsell and enhance customer satisfaction. You will load/unload trucks, maintain accurate records, and engage with customers to identify needs and solutions.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned route and serve as primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accurate starts to the day.
• Deliver on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and introducing new garments/products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow your route and earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, operating company walk-in trucks with safety as priority.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
