Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of UniFirst on the road, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring daily garment deliveries and pickups. This field-based role is active and customer-focused, with opportunities to grow through commissions and upselling on your route.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
• Experience in route sales or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick garments and products on your assigned route daily.
• Load and unload route trucks and assist with daily operations.
• Maintain on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate route inventory and report service issues.
