Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) who will manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily. You will grow customer relationships, upsell additional garments, and represent UniFirst on the road with a focus on safety and reliability.

This field-based role requires driving responsibilities, loading/unloading, and maintaining consistent service across a dedicated set of customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must meet DOT requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfortable using and learning new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on your assigned route.
• Deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Assist with loading and unloading route trucks to start each day efficiently.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell new garments and products.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes with safety as a priority.
• Maintain safety and compliance while working indoors and outdoors.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure route consistency.
