UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking up garments and products daily. You will load/unload route trucks, ensure accurate orders, and uphold safety standards while building strong customer relationships on a consistent, daytime, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT physical exam compliance is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfortable using technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling relevant garments and products.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and drive route sales to increase earnings potential.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, prioritizing safety and delivering exceptional service.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule by servicing the same route and customers each week.
