UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments on a daily basis. You will grow customer relationships, upsell products, and uphold safety and reliability while operating a company truck across assigned routes.

You will be the face of UniFirst on the road, ensuring on-time service, accuracy, and consistent customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes independence and active engagement with customers.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on the assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist service team with loading and unloading route trucks; ensure accuracy at start of day.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities to enhance route revenue.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety and reliability.
• Maintain inventory, troubleshoot service issues, and adhere to safety standards.
• Service the same customers each week to build consistency and trust.
