UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, deliver and pick garments, and provide exceptional on-site customer service. The role emphasizes safety, relationship-building, and opportunities to upsell through added garments and services.

Benefiting from a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights, the RSR position supports growth through SCP training and a strong, nationwide brand presence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT compliance, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently while providing excellent service.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using new technologies to boost efficiency.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick garments and products on the assigned route daily.
• Assist service team by loading and unloading route trucks.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell garments and services.
• Operate the company walk-in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues and manage route inventory while maintaining safety standards.
