Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage an assigned route, deliver garments and products, and build strong customer relationships. You will load and unload trucks, ensure accurate daily operations, and grow sales by upselling when appropriate.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and consistent service on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. With a commission-based earnings structure, you will represent UniFirst on the road, serving the same customers weekly and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfort with using new technologies to improve operations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy.
• Provide on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and grow the route's earnings potential.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, prioritizing safety and customer service.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a predictable, Monday–Friday daytime schedule servicing the same route.
