UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage a dedicated route, deliver and pick garments daily, and build strong customer relationships. You will load/unload trucks, ensure accurate daily operations, and identify opportunities to upsell products to grow your route.

This role offers daytime Monday–Friday hours with no nights or weekends, and a chance to represent UniFirst on the road while maintaining safety and service excellence.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• 21 years of age or older with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on your route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of each day.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and introduce new garments and products to enhance their experience.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow route revenue.
• Operate a company-walk-in truck on designated routes, prioritizing safety and customer relationships.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
