Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in Texas to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck, service and upsell to an established customer base, delivering uniforms and facility supplies.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential, a 4-day workweek for most routes, and minimal nights or weekends with performance bonuses. DOT requirements and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements.
• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification.
• Age 21 or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
