Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a regulated vehicle along established routes, service and sell within an existing customer base, and handle uniforms and facility products.

This role offers thorough initial training, a solid base plus commissions, a 4-day workweek tendency, and no nights or weekends, with bonus incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Active drivers license and DOT compliance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
