Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in Texas to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services.

This role offers a solid base salary with commissions after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements.
• Active driver's license required and be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
