Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route service involves driving a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services. Highlights include a comprehensive 10-week training program, solid base salary with commission potential after routing, a 4-day workweek

Qualifications

• DOT requirements must be met to drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver license and 21+ years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High school diploma, GED or military service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
