Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental division to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route. You will drive a truck and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility services in a fast-paced environment both indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Active driver''s license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
