Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route drivers service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services.

The role offers a base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, a typical 4-day workweek, and minimal nights or weekend work. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

Active driver’s license required.
Must be 21 years or older.
DOT medical certification required.
Documentation from prior employment must be provided.
Must meet physical requirements for the role.
High School diploma, GED or military service.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Self-motivated with teamwork mindset.
Positive attitude with ambition and organization.
Service spirit to support clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
