Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck, service and sell within an existing customer base, and handle uniforms, shop towels, chemicals, and other facility services.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek with most workdays ending without nights or weekends, plus a solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route.

Qualifications

• Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Possess an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional safety standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
