Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility supplies, while building rapport with decision makers.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek for many routes, no nights or weekends, and base salary with commission potential after route assignment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs, including active driver's license, age 21+, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.
• Strong customer service orientation is essential.
• Self-motivation and teamwork are key to meeting goals.
• Positive attitude with organization and service spirit is expected.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
