Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products.

This is a fast-paced, physical role with a four-day workweek for many routes. You will be the face of Cintas to customers, maintain quality service, upsell products, and negotiate renewals while complying with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Must have an active driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Must provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
