Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and sell to an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility supplies.

The role offers a comprehensive 10-week training, solid base salary with commission after route assignment, and a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required per DOT.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required before first day.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
