Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering uniforms and facility products.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with customers, resolving issues promptly, and expanding business through upselling while adhering to safety and DOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
