Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses. Majority of work is on a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must obtain DOT medical certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
