Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services. The role emphasizes a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a four-day workweek, and minimal

Qualifications

• Meet all DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
