Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling to an existing customer base.

This role is physical, combining indoor and outdoor work, with a 10-week training program, a solid base salary plus commission potential after a route is assigned, and a recommended 4‑day workweek with minimal nights or weekends. Performance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required by DOT for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
