Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing base of customers.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services. The position offers a solid base salary with commissions, a four-day workweek for most shifts, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
