Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items. The role offers a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission after route assignment,

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and eligibility for DOT certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
