Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

The position offers a comprehensive training program, solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, and a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends for the majority of the time, plus bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• DOT requirements apply to driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs and must meet all listed items.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service is acceptable.
• Strong customer service orientation is expected.
• Self-motivation and teamwork are essential in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, organization and service spirit are important.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
