Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base.

This full-time role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, a typical 4-day workweek, and generally no nights or weekends, along with monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
