Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products. We offer a comprehensive 10-week training program, solid base salary with commissions after routing, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends for the majority of shifts, plus

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
