Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

You will perform on-site route work, deliver and pick up uniforms and related products, with a 4-day workweek and no nights or weekends, supported by comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements, including a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old and obtain a DOT medical certificate.
• Show documentation of prior employment and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
