UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned delivery route, interact with customers, and grow their accounts. You’ll handle daily garment deliveries and pickups, support the service team, and maintain a routine schedule with consistent hours.

You will drive a company truck on designated routes, uphold safety standards, and pursue upselling opportunities to increase route earnings. This role combines active fieldwork with customer-focused service and reliability.

Formación

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in field-based roles.
• Ability to drive safely and comply with DOT requirements.
• Proven time management to handle multiple stops and loads.
• Adept at safety practices and securing loads.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support Daily Operations: assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport and upsell garments and products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upsell opportunities to expand route revenue.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate company walk-in truck on designated routes.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work indoors and outdoors with energy and safety focus.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, same route each week.
