Job summary

UniFirst Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated delivery route, engage customers, and upsell products while upholding safety and reliability standards. You will operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes, delivering and picking garments and products with a focus on consistency and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam compliance.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfort with using technology to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers; deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks; ensure accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver on-time, accurate deliveries and returns; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling relevant garments/products.
• Identify upsell opportunities to grow your route and increase earning potential.
• Represent UniFirst in the field; prioritize safety and build strong customer relationships.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments; stay energetic and attentive to detail.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety/compliance.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with same routes weekly.
