Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, deliver garments, and support daily operations. You’ll independently grow customer relationships, ensure reliable service, and maintain safety and accuracy on every stop.

This is a field-based, commission-earning role with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and responsive service. You’ll represent UniFirst on the road, maintaining professional conduct and safety across a busy route.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma or GED (or military service) required.
• Ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route delivering and picking up garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy.
• Deliver on-time, accurate service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities to increase route revenue.
