UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to be the face of our service. You will manage garment deliveries and pickups daily, grow customer accounts, and work independently while representing a nationwide company with strong culture and reliability.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering consistent service, and driving sales growth on a fixed, Monday–Friday daytime route.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT compliance requirements including a physical exam.
• Educational requirement: High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Previous experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route delivering and picking garments daily.
• Load and unload route trucks and support daily operations with accuracy.
• Deliver on-time service while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell garments and services.
• Represent UniFirst safely on the road while prioritizing safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage route inventory, and adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule servicing the same route.
