UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering garments and products daily and building strong customer relationships. You will support the service team, ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and pursue upsell opportunities on your route, all while prioritizing safety and reliability.

This role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, plus competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance requirements include a physical exam.
• Customer service experience and ability to work independently are required.

Responsabilités

• Delivering and picking garments and products daily on the assigned route.
• Load and unload route trucks to support daily operations.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities on the route.
• Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes with a focus on safety.
