UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage your assigned route, deliver and pick garments daily, and grow customer relationships on the road. You’ll work independently, loading trucks, ensuring accurate starts to each day, and representing UniFirst with professionalism and safety on every stop.

This role offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a commission-like earning potential from upselling on your route, and opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance: meet all DOT requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable learning new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Physical stamina: able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Manage an Assigned Route: serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: ensure on-time deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport with customers and upsell products to enhance their experience.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upsell opportunities to grow the route’s earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety and professionalism.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work in indoor/outdoor environments requiring energy and attention to safety.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends.
