Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver and pick garments, and grow customer relationships. This role involves daytime, field-based work on a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

You will load and unload route trucks, ensure accuracy at start of each day, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers while representing UniFirst with professionalism and safety on the road.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick garments and products on the assigned route daily.
• Assist loading/unloading route trucks to start each day efficiently.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and identify upsell opportunities to grow the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road and maintain safety standards at all times.
• Maintain a predictable Mon–Fri daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
