Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships.

You’ll drive, load/unload, and maintain route accuracy, with opportunities to upsell and grow your earnings. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and consistent service for a dedicated set of customers on Monday–Friday daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including physical exam compliance.
• Customer-service mindset with ability to work independently.
• Prior route sales/delivery experience is a plus.
• Comfort with learning new technologies for operations.
• Physically able to lift/push up to 50 lbs and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading trucks with accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and keep inventory organized.
• Provide consistent service to the same customers on weekdays.
