Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while growing customer relationships. You’ll operate company trucks, ensure on-time service, and upsell additional garments and services to boost earnings.

You’ll work Monday–Friday on a daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, enjoying support from a reputable, nationwide employer and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, 21+ with clean driving record.
• DOT medical exam compliance.
• High school diploma, GED or military service.
• Strong customer service and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfort with using new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products and services.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety as a priority.
• Engage in indoors and outdoors work with energy and safety focus.
• Troubleshoot service issues and manage inventory.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
