Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule service and handle customer service changes per policy.
• Dispatch calls to routes based on route and driver location.
• Perform driver check-ins to ensure complete paperwork.
• Distribute and review route sheets for data entry.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve service issues.
• Interact with customers, sales, and operations staff.
• Work with routing specialists to optimize routes.
• Field customer emails/calls and troubleshoot delivery issues.
