Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routes and communicate with Drivers and Operations throughout the day.
• Monitor route progress and adjust schedules as needs change.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Experience, and Maintenance to resolve service issues and support efficient operations.
• Communicate route changes, delays, customer requests, and updates to field teams.
• Monitor vehicle locations and dispatch activity using company systems.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
• Respond quickly to changing priorities while balancing safety and customer service.
• Build positive relationships with Drivers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Support special projects and other operational initiatives.
