Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, dispatch, logistics, or call center experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Preferred experience in waste management, transportation, or route-based operations.
• Familiarity with dispatch or routing systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers to provide routing instructions and updates.
• Monitor route progress and address delays or missed pickups.
• Adjust routes to maintain service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations leadership to ensure timely service completion.
• Enter and maintain service orders, route data, and customer information in company systems.
• Review daily reports and assist with route scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records and support billing and collections as needed.
• Work with drivers, route managers, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
