Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate with drivers, respond to service orders, schedule routes and resolve issues to keep daily operations running smoothly.

In this office-based role, you will balance customer needs with driver locations, maintain accurate records in Tower and Trackese, and communicate changes to Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transportation or field crews preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with data entry and routine software systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact between drivers and home base; dispatch drivers to calls as received.
• Assign routes and service tickets; close tickets daily.
• Plan daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers.
• Troubleshoot delivery/pick-up issues and communicate with drivers and customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales to ensure follow-through.
