Responsibilities

• Dispatches drivers to calls based on needs, locations, and loads.
• Maximizes productivity by routing vehicles to meet goals.
• Assigns routes and manages daily and next-day service.
• Handles incoming calls and emails for pickups and deliveries.
• Communicates with customers during on-site driver activity.
• Notifies Customer Care of service delays and updates route sheets.
• Maintains route schedules and driver location documentation.
• Reports driver performance issues to management.
• Participates in training and supports company goals.
