Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routes and communicate with Drivers and Operations throughout the day.
• Monitor route progress and adjust schedules as operational needs change.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Experience, and Maintenance to resolve service issues and support efficient operations.
• Communicate route changes, delays, customer requests, and operational updates to field teams.
• Monitor vehicle locations and operational activity using dispatch systems.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
• Respond quickly to changing priorities while balancing safety and efficiency.
• Build positive working relationships with Drivers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
