Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability and good prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches drivers to calls based on customer needs, driver locations and loads to balance cost and satisfaction.
• Routes and schedules drivers to maximize productivity and ensure on-time service.
• Handles inquiries from customer service and sales and manages pickups or deliveries for containers in the area.
• Communicates with customers about service delays and updates route sheets and driver locations.
